Aikatauluun *- merkillä merkityt sekä ¤-merkillä merkityt ennen tuomarinmuutoksen ilmoittamista oikeuttavat maksun palautuksiin. Näytteilleasettajan pyynnöstä palautettavista ilmoittautumismaksuista (näyttely peruutetaan, tuomarimuutos, ks. Koiranäyttelysäännöt kohta 5) vähennetään pankkikulut 5€/palautus. Näyttelytoimikunnan on em. tapauksissa palautettava ilmoittautumismaksu neljän viikon kuluessa siitä, kun näytteilleasettaja on toimittanut pankkiyhteystietonsa toimikunnalle. Näytteilleasettajan tekemiä matkoja näyttelypaikkakunnalle tai muita kuluja ei korvata.
